STEM Webinar

STEM is an important topic for parents, schools and libraries.  Technology and Education Staff members were recently pleased to be asked to contribute to a live webinar to discuss the ways we teach and promote STEM education for kids and teens at the Orange County Library System.  We were proud to talk about our kids and teen classes, since we offer an extensive array of fun, interactive classes and workshops throughout the summer.   We will be participants in an additional live webinar on Monday, October 28, 2013.

Did you know that our STEM classes for kids and teens continue throughout the year?  This Saturday, October 26 at 10 am, we will hold a class for our Whiz Kids called Hack-a-tronics: 3D Printing.  Spaces are limited, so if you are interested, reserve a spot today!

    1. Hi Tracy! Thanks for stopping by! Our apologies, the last webinar we participated in was on October 28 (not November as we original posted). That said, we have the recording! These webinars are part of “Conversation Sparks…Fueling conversations about libraries”, a series of webinars organized by Maryland’s Regional and Public Libraries.
